Business Insights: Creating a Virtual Financial Literacy Library

In an effort to expand my 403(b) practice, a year or so ago I decided to create a virtual financial literacy library. I recorded myself presenting my most popular topics geared towards the K-12 marketplace. My goal at the start of this project was to simply get into more districts that were not in reasonable driving distance of my home and office.

It turns out my timing with this was perfect with the onset of the pandemic. Now, it seems the whole world is moving toward a virtual learning platform.

Moving in this direction will reduce my overhead expenses and afford me the ability to offer investment products with lower fees. This should help me separate myself from my competitors. Time will tell if the new directions I’m taking will work out.
