NTSA WOWcast: Using a Virtual Service Model

In Episode 4 of the WOWcast series, past NTSA President and inaugural NTSA Elite Advisor Randy Aranowitz speaks with Wat Keys, Vice President and financial advisor at CAPTRUST and one of the 2019 Elite Advisors. In Part I and III of Episode 4, they discuss the ways Keys serves his clients, with special attention to the virtual service model he employs

Keys says that the provides services that are “often behind the curtain” to faculty members, and works to bring a “best of practice lineup” from an independent source. He says that prospecting, selling and providing centers of influence all fall under his umbrella.

“I like virtual delivery,” says Keys, calling it a way to keep costs down, but at the same time meet a lot of people. And he says that they use such platforms as webex, skype and teams, and are willing to use the software a client has in serving them. “It’s the way business is done more and more these days,” he says; however, he also adds that there also are people at the office available locally who can make in-person visits.
