NTSA Names 2021 Leadership Council

Three active NTSA volunteers have been nominated and elected to a three-year term as At-Large Members of the NTSA 2021 Leadership Council.

The NTSA Operating Policies and Procedures set forth three aspects of NTSA ruling leadership: The Strategic Partner Council (SPC), a trade group focused on state advocacy and policy; the Government Affairs Committee (GAC), focused on federal policy and regulations; and the Leadership Council (LC).

The LC’s mission is to oversee the member-driven, non-public policy aspects of NTSA. It creates, solicits, implements and promotes activities, and also assembles and communicates timely metrics to adjust its tactical plans for escalating success.

Please join us in congratulating the new At-Large Members of the NTSA 2021 Leadership Council:

  • Mark Luckinbill, MarkLuck Media, LLC
