Flagg Thanked for Her Service as 2021 NTSA President

Darlene Flagg, 2021 President, marked her term in office in a Feb. 6 session of the 2022 NTSA Summit, held in Phoenix, AZ.

“As an industry, an organization and a world, we’ve all been through a lot,” said Flagg. She noted that the NTSA has had an active year nonetheless, citing two virtual summits and the relaunched TGPC certificate program as among the highlights of the year. “The NTSA had huge momentum” in 2021, she told attendees.

Flagg also recognized the contributions of those who served on the NTSA Leadership Council and as chairs of the NTSA committees, calling them “servant leaders.”

Incoming NTSA 2022 President Christopher Zingaro hailed Flagg’s leadership during an extraordinary time, and noted that the virtual conferences had been very successful. NTSA Executive Director Mark Luckinbill thanked Flagg as well, calling her “an outstanding ambassador for the NTSA.”

Zingaro also thanked 2020 NTSA President James Kelleher for his service in that capacity; Kelleher had not been recognized in such a manner in person at last year’s Summit due to the pandemic.

“I am deeply humbled and honored to have served as president,” said Flagg.
