RetireReadyNJ Seeks Investment Advisor Services

RetireReadyNJ, the state-run retirement savings program that provides coverage for private-sector employes whose employers do not, has issued a request for quotes (RFQ) for investment advisor services. The New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program Board issued the RFQ on Oct. 18

The purpose of the RFQ is to solicit quotes for qualified service providers that can provide investment advisor services for the New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program. The services sought include:   

  • coordination of the selection process for the program’s investment default options and alternatives, provide guidance and expertise in the selection of the program’s investments vehicles;   
  • providing investment fiduciary training for the program’s board and investment committee;   
  • conducting annual performance evaluation of the program’s investment vehicles’ reporting findings to the program investment committee;   
  • providing recommendations for the maintenance of the of the program’s investment course of action; and   
  • other responsibilities as requested by the executive director.

The board will electronically accept questions and inquiries from all potential bidders. Questions should be directly tied to the RFQ and asked in consecutive order, from beginning to end, following the organization of the RFQ.  A bidder shall submit questions only to Executive Director Todd Hassler by email at: [email protected]. Bidders should submit these questions with an email subject line titled: “NJ SCSP Investment Advisor Services RFQ Questions”.

Due Date

Vendors that would like to submit a quote have until 5:00 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2023.
