As soon as COVID-19 hit, I had a Hi/Low list created and started from the top and called every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It was a great experience. No agenda except to ask, “How are you doing?” Everyone was glad to hear from me. I actually got a lot of new business out of the endeavor! And as time went on, I received referrals, too.
I have clients in a lot of different states and have always used join.me, but my local clients were very pleased with the use of join.me. And there was opportunity for my staff in creating efficiencies around electronic signatures. The goal was to have people read and take action on the emails they send out. Calling them first. Telling them the email is going out and immediate action is necessary. Then the email starts out with an acknowledgement of the phone call and has particular words highlighted so their eyes see the most important requests.
And I myself have advanced in my grasp of all the technology.
