The upcoming NTSA Summit will be held Jan. 26-28, 2020 at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, CO.
My primary responsibilities at AXA are to provide retirement products and services to the tax-exempt markets throughout the Northeast. I have 20+ years’ experience and over the years have witnessed the evolution of change in the tax-exempt markets from a legislative, technical, and business perspective.
In 2007, I started to follow the NTSA (then the NTSAA, the National Tax-Sheltered Accounts Association) and became a student and supporter of the organization. At that time, we were all dealing with the final 403(b) regulations and were looking for advice and direction. Today, NTSA is still providing advice and direction with innovative sales ideas, in-depth information on retirement issues relating to the not-for-profit and public markets, technical education and legislative updates.
Despite my long standing history with NTSA, it wasn’t until last year I attend my first NTSA Summit It was one of the best decisions of my professional career. The NTSA Summit provided opportunities for me to talk with and gain insight from top industry leaders. The technical and legislative sessions were my favorites and I look forward to attending again in January to learn more about the changes that will affect the market today and tomorrow.
