ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Brian H. Graff, Esq., APM, is CEO of the American Retirement Association, the umbrella organization that encompasses ASPPA, ACOPA, NAPA, and NTSA. He started with the organization in November 1996. Brian oversees operations, is a member of the Executive Committee, and working with the American Retirement Association’s Board of Directors, charts the strategic direction for the organization. During his tenure, the organizations within the American Retirement Association have grown from a budget of $1.6 million to more than $13 million. Today, the four sister organizations represent more than 15,000 retirement plan professionals and provide advocacy, specialized education and training, networking, and business intelligence to a growing membership base.
Chris DeGrassi joined NTSA as executive director in 2012 to lead NTSA's government affairs and membership development efforts. During the last three years he has worked with NTSA members in 28 states to defend and promote the important role of NTSA members in the American retirement system. An avowed Midwesterner now living outside of Washington, D.C., Chris is motivated by 20 years of first-hand industry experience observing how NTSA members care for their clients and make a difference in their communities. He is a graduate of Loras College and lives with his college sweetheart and two sons in Fairfax County, Va.
