Q. Can an employee who is separated from service from an employer where he has an optional retirement plan (OPR) 403(b). Can he roll the ORP 403(b) plan over to his new employer’s K-12 403(b) plan?
A. If the ORP is a 403(b) plan, it can be rolled over to another employer plan or an IRA, when they terminate service with all higher education employers.
